We are extremely pleased with Westcountry Blinds. From the first meeting to the blinds being fitted, the experience was fantastic. The team are professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand our needs. The aftercare is exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Superb service, I have a 3 metre12 year old blind among others from Westcountry blinds, this particular one developed a fault and on contacting Westcountry blinds they not only found the blind and details on their system but advised me they are no longer made but still managed to contact the manufacturer and obtained an obsolete part repaired the blind for my collection and only charged a small amount for the repair. What an absolute pleasure to deal with a company that cares about past customers and products they supply and install. Highly recommended.

I found everyone I dealt with to be very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the quality of the blinds that I ordered and they arrived sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
