I started therapy last November with Dr. Negron up until now and I am very satisfied with the services and the results. Dr. Negron is an excellent psychologist who has given me many tools during the sections including book references. In each section, she always reinforces those aspects discussed previously further engaging with my personal development and improvement. She always provided me with examples and that helped me a lot to understand what she was explaining to me. The best thing about the therapies was that it made me feel super comfortable talking about my issues and, above all, it gave me more self-confidence and empowerment. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Negron is bilingual, and I was able to receive my therapies in my main language, which is Spanish, which significantly helped me to be able to express myself clearly. In addition, we also shared the same culture which also benefited me, since I was able to share more personal information/issues with her and she understood my situation well. Overall, my experience was the best and if I need to continue therapies in the future, I will definitely take therapies with her again.

I highly suggest Tampa therapy especially Patricia. The building is always quiet and peaceful. Patricia is great and attentive to little details and giving recommendations for growth like books and classes.
